But thankfully, I had some humbling conversations with family and friends and recognized that I needed to make some changes! I getting real legit with you about what's been going on in my life, how I recognized I was burning out, and why I felt this need to slow down. I share all of this with you because I don't want you to feel alone and know that life does happen. I also walk you through 3 reasons moms are burning out and 3 ways to stop maxing out! We CANNOT DO IT ALL ladies. We can't. And I'm here to get real with you about it.
