Every mother's postpartum experience is different, but when it comes to postpartum depression, sometimes we only hear about emotions around sadness. Allison had a different experience in how her postpartum depression manifested itself. She talks about how she recognized it and how she started to find ways to manage it all. Her story helps us see the other side of postpartum depression.

Allison had a different experience in how her postpartum depression manifested itself. She talks about how she recognized it and how she started to find ways to manage it all. Her story helps us see the other side of postpartum depression and the hope of gettin out of the funk.


She talks a lot about where her family was at the time it all started and how she started recognizing signs that she may need to do something about it. She's very open about what depression looked like for her and the things she did to help her get in a better place.
